Since founding C&J Design and Build in 2004, Christopher, “C.J.” Johnson has worked hands-on with clients to build outstanding projects. Janine Johnson joined the Design•Build Architecture and Construction company in 2008 as it’s primary interior designer. Since then, the projects have been stunning.

Our philosophy • 

We believe a great client is as important, if not more important, than a great designer. From this principle, we gather our inspiration from our clientele and generate ideas that are client-need focused.

We analyze every need, want, and desire for our clients. Next, we develop a hierarchy and goal set. To help envision our ideas, we create images and design boards for the project. Sometimes those images may be a simple sketch, other times they may be 3-d renderings. Finally, we exceed our original goals during building process, by remaining flexible and adaptive at all times. We seize opportunities to make a better design. We have learned that at the end of all the hard work, a great space feels effortless.
